After going through tough times, one thing I told myself to start doing is be nice to myelf, because it's easier to be torn down from within.
So when you find yourself saying mean things about you or your art--stop yourself. Tell yourself no. Be nice, and while this may be hard sometimes, it takes practice like everything else.
Instead of thinking "my art is shitty," think "I'm learning in art. I can either practice and improve at my own pace, or I can keep drawing nice things in my own casual style. There's nothing wrong with my art." (Because it's true.)
As for stress and anxiety, try to keep your life calm and find ways to relax. Relaxing is important. If you're fearful, or worried, the best thing you can do is to calm yourself and understand what's causing you to be anxious, and either tell yourself why it's not important or figure out a solution...
health-wise I guess you can't really help it if you get sick.. But, take care of yourself to the best of your ability ;w;
Anyway I know this may not be the best advice, but I wish you well and I hope things get better for you! And your art is lovely. c:
